Cancellation Policy

By participating in any activity at FAMED STUDIOS LLC (the "Activity"), I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, and representatives, voluntarily assume all risks — including injury, illness, emotional or property damage — whether caused by my own actions, others, or the condition of the facility. I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THIS ACTIVITY ENTIRELY AT MY OWN RISK. I understand the risks involved, which may include but are not limited to: physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability (including paralysis), emotional or economic loss, and death. I fully release and discharge FAMED STUDIOS LLC (including its staff, affiliates, volunteers, and agents) from any and all claims or liabilities arising from my participation, including those due to ordinary negligence. I authorize emergency medical care if needed and accept responsibility for any related expenses. I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless FAMED STUDIOS LLC against any claims brought on my behalf. This waiver remains in effect for all current and future participation. If any part of this agreement is found invalid, the remainder will still apply. This waiver is governed by Ohio law. I have read and understand this agreement and sign it freely, waiving all legal claims to the fullest extent allowed by law. NO REFUNDS.
